At Glass Spine Press, we aim to be clear and fair about refunds and replacements.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Printed books

If a printed book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs where applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases on printed books unless required by law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
